These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website xalvorynquazetik.com, operated by Xalvorynquazetik BV (company number BE 0788.412.503), registered office at Avenue Louise 287, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. By using this website you accept these terms in full.
2. Nature of the service
Xalvorynquazetik BV is preparing the launch of a real estate crowdfunding platform in Belgium, focused on residential high-rise and urban redevelopment. During this pre-launch phase the website only provides information and the option to sign up to a waiting list. No investment services are offered yet.
3. Access and eligibility
The website is accessible to natural persons of legal age and to legal entities. The future investment platform will only be open to users who have successfully completed the suitability and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures required by the FSMA and European Regulation 2020/1503.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — texts, images, logos, code and graphic elements — is the property of Xalvorynquazetik BV or its licensors. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written consent is prohibited.

These terms are exclusively governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch-speaking courts of the judicial district of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory provisions in favour of the consumer.
