This privacy policy describes how Xalvorynquazetik BV, registered office at Avenue Louise 287, 1050 Brussels, Belgium (company number BE 0788.412.503), processes personal data through the website xalvorynquazetik.com. We respect your privacy and act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

3. What data we collect
We only collect data you provide yourself through the signup form (name, email address), as well as technical data needed for the website to function (IP address, browser type, language preference, cookies). We do not collect special categories of personal data during this pre-launch phase.
4. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to inform you about the official 2026 platform opening, to give you access to Belgian real estate dossiers you signed up for, to improve our services and to comply with our legal obligations as a future crowdfunding service provider.
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (article 6.1.a GDPR) regarding the sending of newsletters, and on our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR) regarding the security and improvement of the website.
6. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as you are registered on our waiting list and up to a maximum of 24 months after your last interaction with our services. After that, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. We only share your data with our processors (email provider, hosting partner) who are contractually bound by the GDPR. All processors are based in the European Economic Area.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Send your request to privacy@xalvorynquazetik.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, including TLS encryption, access management and regular security audits.

We may amend this policy from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page. Substantial changes are actively communicated to registered users.
